Steve Houck were awesome. They were very professional and highly motivated. They promptly found the perfect home for us (in one day!) and negotiated a great price. They also sold our old home and were extremely helpful with interacting with inspectors and repair people which was indispensable in getting the deal closed. Since they represented us a both as a buyer or seller, I can say that their expertise in both types of transactions is impressive. Many realtors are merely 'key carriers' and don't have the broad knowledge they have.
